This sculptural box was handmade by Teresa Audet using her signature bricklay box technique. Crafted from dozens of individual wedge-shaped pieces of cherry wood glued together in layers, then shaped with hand tools and sanded smooth. This piece features six small drawers that are painted with a turquoise blue milk paint, and the entire piece was buffed and finished with linseed oil and wax. The inside is hollow and the bottom has a foot to elevate it slightly. Signed by the artist.
